How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and go to your order history, or contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Let us know which item(s) you'd like to return and the reason.
Pack Your Item
Place the item(s) in their original packaging. Include all accessories, tags, and documentation. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Ship Your Return
Attach the prepaid label and drop off your package at any authorized shipping location (UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your label). Keep your receipt for tracking.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Unused items in original packaging
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached
Items within 30 days of delivery
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
Defective or damaged items
Items that arrived damaged or have manufacturing defects qualify for free returns
Wrong item received
If you received an incorrect item, we'll cover all return shipping costs
Not Eligible for Return
Custom or personalized items
Made-to-order, monogrammed, or customized products cannot be returned
Clearance/Final sale items
Items marked as 'Final Sale' at time of purchase are not eligible for return
Assembled or installed items
Furniture that has been assembled or items that have been installed
Opened bedding and linens
Sheets, pillows, and bedding that have been removed from packaging (hygiene)
