How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using the Track Order link in the footer.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) if your package arrives damaged or is lost. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We can ship small items to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. However, larger items and furniture must be shipped to a physical address.
